There`s a very good grammar eBook for free that I downloaded myself and so did one of our teachers.

I think it is good and it is free!

EFL 4U is good.  You probably know of that one already though.   Kurt makes materials for teachers in Japan.
Not free but worth the money in my opinion.

ESL teachers face the daunting task of teaching English to students whose mother language is not English. This can be very difficult as not only do the teachers need skill and patience to teach ESL kids and adults, they have to spend lots of time and effort preparing lessons.
